This Christmas we decided to try out gluten and dairy free pastry for our mince pies and had so much fantastic feed back about our amazing ground almond based mix that we didn’t need to make standard pastry at all. Absolutely everyone just loved the gluten and dairy free version! Word soon got around and we had several orders for batches of our yummy mince pies. I for one can’t wait for next Christmas and more delicious treats.
